Your Mission

From our Abidjan office, work as a techno-functional resource on the customer relationship management team within the project for a US based insurance company.

• Perform various Dynamics 365 CRM customizations and configurations.
• Design and implement CRM Web Service API calls for system integrations.
• Develop and manage Java scripting extensions, C# plug-ins and .Net integrations for Dynamics CRM.
• Manage multiple deployments and deploy new functionality in production systems on the Dynamics 365 platform.

Your Profile

• You have a minimum of 2 to 5 years experience.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CRM out-of-the-box functionality, specifically in the Service (call center) domain.
• Experience with Unified Service Desk and integration with telephony systems is preferable.
• Understand functional design as well as engineering design and architecture.
• In permanent technological watch and in a process of continuous improvement of your working methods, you will be a source of proposals both on development technologies but also on new techniques related to CRM.

The Deal

Contract: fixed-term contract for a maximum of 12 months, then validation as a permanent contract after testing.

Working Time: Full Time

Experience Required: The more experience, the better.

Localisation : Abidjan – Angre 7ème Tranche devant l’ancien Café de Versailles.

Level of Studies: We are generally indifferent to your degree. We are more interested in what you know. A diploma doesn’t hurt of course, but we are first of all interested in your concrete skills.

Salary: According to your profile with the possibility of having Stock Options.
